Booking Policies

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to reserve your session date and time.

Your session is not considered booked until the retainer has been received.

The retainer is applied toward your session fee and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice.

Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable retainer and may require a new retainer to book another session.

Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.
 

Image Selection & Gallery Storage

Your online gallery will remain available for 6 months from the delivery date.

Clients are responsible for selecting their included images and downloading all purchased digital files within this six-month period.

After 6 months, galleries may be permanently removed from our system without notice. Elwira Photography is not responsible for storing or recovering images after this period.

We strongly encourage clients to download and back up their images immediately after delivery.
